I’m Claudia an Austrian pastry chef and the founder of Alpin Delights. My passion? Sharing the rich traditions of Austrian baking with people around the world through live online classes. While I also create handcrafted cakes, my true joy comes from teaching others how to master these timeless pastries themselves.

From the Alps to Austin

Born and raised in Austria, I grew up surrounded by the comforting scents of freshly baked goods. Some of my most cherished memories are of my aunt Irma’s kitchen, where she crafted beautiful pastries with care and precision. That early love for baking shaped my path, leading me to train in Vienna’s historic cafés and five-star hotels, where I perfected the craft of traditional Austrian desserts.

Life eventually brought me to Austin, Texas, where I now live with my wonderful husband and our little son. Though far from home, my passion for Austrian baking remains as strong as ever. That’s why I created Alpin Delights—to bring the authentic flavors, traditions, and techniques of Austrian pastry-making into kitchens worldwide.
