As an Austrian-trained pastry chef with over 20 years of experience, I create cakes the way we do back home: light, balanced, and never overly sweet. Instead of heavy buttercream fillings, I use light and fluffy cream fillings for a more refined and enjoyable taste. A thin layer of buttercream is used on the outside for structure and decoration.

My goal is not just to create a beautiful cake, but one your guests will truly enjoy eating.
