Learn how to make an authentic Austrian Apfelstrudel in this one-day, hands-on live class. We’ll prepare everything together—the spiced apple filling, toasted breadcrumbs, delicate dough stretching, and rolling technique—so you finish with a perfectly golden, flaky strudel straight from the Alps.

To make the class as smooth and enjoyable as possible, you’ll receive a prep video in advance showing exactly how to make the strudel dough. Since the dough needs to rest for at least two hours, this step is best done ahead of time. It’s the easiest part—and I’ll show you exactly how to do it!

In this two-day live class, you’ll learn to make the legendary Austrian Sacher Cake completely from scratch. I’ll guide you step by step through creating the delicate chocolate sponge, layering it with smooth apricot glaze, and finishing with that flawless glossy chocolate coating.

You’ll watch me demonstrate each step first—then it’s your turn. I’ll support you live as you bake, giving feedback, answering questions, and helping you master each part of the process. No stress, just expert guidance and a truly delicious reward at the end!
